The service Black & White Telecom offers is known in the telecoms industry as 'Carrier Pre-Selection' (CPS). CPS allows companies other than BT to carry calls on a BT line. This is accomplished by a simple 'switching' process at the BT exchange - nothing more complicated than BT's engineer flicking a switch!

Once you complete your application on this site we will do the all the necessary work to ensure there is no need for you to install a box or dial any special access numbers before making a call. You also keep your existing telephone number.

To make a call simply do what you've always done; pick up the phone and dial your destination number.
